Buongiorno! 

In the last update of February, I expressed how excited I was about the new wines I was bottling; La Belle Vie White, Abbinato and Viognier and now that I’m receiving feedback, I am kind of proud of them! 

Everybody loves the new Abbinato! Smooth, strong but drinkable, a success for us and a satisfaction for all our customers! 

But let me say that Viognier 2009 is a dream come true! We got the silver medal from the world's best wine competition located in London! The most prestigious opportunity that a winery has to make is it's wines rated! It is one of the biggest awards I have received for my wines and I am really happy that happened here in Virginia, here at Potomac Point Winery. We are a young winery which in the past 2 years produced award winning wines with more than 40 medals from major international competitions. 

And the adventure is just at the beginning, last week we bottled the new Custom White, La Belle Vie Rosé, Chardonnay Classic and Chardonnay Reserve…the lucky volunteers who helped us in those days will have the chance to taste these 4  pearls in advance since they got a bottle of each, they will especially enjoy the new Rosé, and Chardonnay Reserve, pure magic in the glass! 

But don’t despair, you will be able to taste them very soon in our tasting room!
