Package Rates
2008 Saturday Standard package: $5,700.00
8 hours including 2 hour setup, 5 hour event time, 1 hour clean up.
Sunday and Friday rental: $500.00 off package price
Monday-Thursday: $4,000.00
Required Fees
Professional Cleaning fee for Vines to Vows: $400.00
Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,000.00
Security fee for any event over 80 people: $200.00
Smoking Fee: $250.00
Onsite Event Coordinator: $400.00

Optional Fees
Each additional hour over eight hour period: $500.00
Children's room: $25.00 per hour (Room Limitation is 12)
Beer & Wine only facility
Premium Potomac Point wines, sparkling wine, & sparkling cider available for
purchase by the bottle, case, or glass. A $4.00 per bottle corkage fee applies
per bottle.
Non-alcoholic beverages or beer are contracted through your caterer.

Service Times
You choose the start and end times of your event within an eight hour rental.
The package includes 2 hour set up time, 5 hour event, and 1 hour clean up.
Restrictions
-No Smoking is allowed inside our facility (designated area available) -No tape,
tacks, glue or nails can be used when decorating
-No alcohol allowed other than what is provided by Potomac Point Winery
-No Fireworks are allowed on site
-No unprotected flames are permitted
-No rice; No confetti (Bird seed, bubbles and Rose petals are allowed outside
only)
Reservations
To reserve your special day, we require that you sign a contract and submit that
with a deposit consisting of of your rental fee plus $1,000.00 to cover the
refundable damage deposit. Your final payment is required four months prior to
your event. This will include your second half payment, professional cleaning
fee (250.00), along with our security fee (if applicable).
The Catering service fees are contracted separately
Reservations are given on a first come first serve basis. |

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Client, for whatever reason, Potomac Point
must be notified in writing or in person to sign a cancellation form. The date
this notice is received will be considered the cancellation date. In the event
of cancellation within 6 months of the event, for any reason, $1000.00 will be
nonrefundable. If cancellation is within four months of the event 50% of the
rental amount is nonrefundable. If cancellation is less than 119 days from event
day, 100% of the rental amount is nonrefundable. In the event of a
cancellation, a $250 administrative fee is applied. |

Damage Deposit
Your damage deposit will be refunded within fourteen days after your event,
providing there are no damages. Any additional fees accessed, will be confirmed
with the Client and subtracted from deposit refund. The deposit will be refunded
in the same format as your payment received.
Loss or Damage
The Client agrees to hold the Winery harmless from any loss or damage to Winery
property caused by the Client and/or its guests/invitees. Loss or damage to any
and all items brought onto the winery premises by the Client and its
guests/invitees will be the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client agrees
to inform their guests and invitees of this policy |

Force Majeure
All outside functions must include an alternative inclement weather plan. If the
event cannot be held as scheduled due to acts of nature or to other causes
beyond the Winery's control, the event will be rescheduled to another date
acceptable to both the Client and the Winery, if possible. If it cannot be
rescheduled, the Client shall receive a refund of any deposits and prepayments
made with no further liability of the Winery to the Client.
Winery Policy
Respect of the integrity of the facilities and grounds are expected by all
patrons. By the terms of ABC regulations, no minors will be served alcohol nor
will patrons be allowed to become intoxicated. The Winery is responsible for
maintaining control over the function and accordingly, reserves the right to
take appropriate actions. Prices may change throughout the year; the only
guaranteed prices are those that have been validated with a signed contract.
